Puerto Rican Sofrito with Aji Dulce Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 stems Cilantro, chopped

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1/4 lbs Aji Dulce Puerto Rican Peppers, chopped

  • 1 tbspn Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients (except the vegetable oil) to a blender and process until smooth. Add the vegetable oil while pureeing.
